"Quiero ser arquitecto"- Campo Baeza
My first impression about the book was that everything seemed idealist. But once I had finished it my perspective change I understood the advantages and downsizes about architecture and how it is in Spain.
What makes this book special is the close relationship between the writer and the reader, the writer expreses his opinions, advices and extra information from his experience as an architect and human, and the true reality (hardwork). Moreover he states that in order to be an architect you have to read and document yourself about different aspecs apart from architecture, which I couldn't agree more.
All in all I wish I had read the book last summer in order to be more prepared, but I guess it's never too late to start them now.
